




Description: * Previous experience in planning and executing corporate events, preferably in the financial market or high-end segment; * Knowledge of supplier and contract management; * Experience in budget control and proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); * Understanding of institutional marketing and brand identity applied to events; * Ability to manage various event formats (in-person, hybrid, and digital); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus. * Plan, organize, and execute corporate events (internal and external) in in-person, hybrid, and online formats; * Manage suppliers (catering, audiovisual, promotional items, agencies, venues, etc.), leading negotiations to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness; * Develop and monitor event budgets, ensuring alignment with financial planning; * Create detailed timelines and oversee end-to-end execution; * Ensure brand visual identity and desired experience across all events; * Support internal departments (sales, marketing, customer relations, etc.) in developing initiatives and activations; * Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and propose continuous improvements; * Suggest new ideas for process optimization and event innovation. 2512130202201917628
