· Develop a clear relationship with the company's Sales department to predict as accurately as possible the sales outlook in the short, medium, and long term, in a coherent and correct manner · Perform reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings on orders to be distributed in production · Carry out Planning, Control, and Scheduling of Tank Manufacturing and Maintenance · Conduct analysis, monitoring, and management of supplies and warehouse · Perform daily monitoring of material inventories, ensuring fulfillment of order delivery dates within requested deadlines · Conduct analysis, planning, and monitoring of purchase requests together with the warehouse · Constantly monitor the progress of purchases that affect material availability for production orders, through the Senior operational system, on the purchasing screen · Generate and distribute Production Orders to the Scheduler, organizing the production sequence · Monitor what happens in production, track the progress of production orders (OPs) on the shop floor (develop an OP tracking spreadsheet and keep it always updated in real-time with the factory, for management access) · Analyze methods of planning, scheduling, and production control · Monitor the production process according to the activity schedule, together with the scheduler · Act in resolving discrepancies in purchase orders · Monitor and control returns and replacements of supplies rejected by quality · Administer and control finished products · Manage and control factory resources aiming at higher productivity · Develop and execute production plans · Identify production bottlenecks and create strategies to minimize and resolve them, together with the Industrial Manager · Prepare and analyze monthly production closing reports – (planned vs. actual) · Prepare reports on adjustments and continuous improvements in production results and send them to management · Recognize, understand, and act upon root cause analysis of deviations from expected/planned results for the production process · Contribute to the analysis of non-conformance reports (RNC) related to PCP, such as delivery delays, demand shortages, material shortages, etc., as well as take preventive actions · Supervise your team and ensure all sector processes comply with company-established standards and procedures; · Proficiency in MS-Project; Job type: Full-time Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
