




**Description:** ---------------- * Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory, material handling, and supply activities within the industrial facility. * Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct periodic audits. * Coordinate inventory control to maintain appropriate levels to meet operational demands. * Lead, develop, and engage the internal logistics team. * Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Collaborate with production, procurement, and shipping departments to ensure operational alignment. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and good logistics practices. * Participate in projects related to improvement, automation, or restructuring of internal logistics processes. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Previous experience leading teams and coordinating internal logistics, warehouse, or storeroom operations. * Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong people management, organizational, communication skills, and results orientation. Desirable: * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). * Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
