




Job Description: A professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of digital whiteboards and charging cabinets, ensuring proper operation of production processes and operational safety. Key Responsibilities Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: * Conduct periodic inspections of industrial machines and equipment to identify maintenance needs * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in production equipment * Replace defective components and make necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance Electrical Activities: * Perform maintenance on industrial electrical systems, including control panels, motors, and circuits * Identify and resolve electrical issues in machines and installations * Carry out assembly and connection of electrical components in compliance with safety standards (NR-10) * Conduct electrical measurements and tests using appropriate instruments (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.) Repairs and Improvements: * Perform mechanical repairs on components such as bearings, belts, gears, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems * Propose and implement equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability * Perform welding and basic machining tasks when required * Document all maintenance interventions and maintain a maintenance history Management and Safety: * Record all maintenance activities in the company’s management system * Request replacement parts and materials needed for maintenance * Maintain workplace and maintenance workshop organization and cleanliness * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) * Requirements and Qualifications Education: * Completed high school education * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, or related fields (preferred) * NR-10 certification (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services) — mandatory Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Proven experience in mechanical and electrical repairs * Experience maintaining automated machinery (advantageous) Technical Knowledge: * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals * Knowledge of industrial electrical systems (motors, frequency inverters, PLCs) * Proficiency with hand and power tools * Basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics * Knowledge of industrial automation systems (preferred) Skills and Competencies: * Logical reasoning and problem-diagnosis capability * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly * Proactivity and autonomy * Commitment to deadlines and quality * Teamwork and strong communication skills What We Offer: * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance * Meal or food allowance * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch) * Life insurance * Sermed health insurance plan * Professional development opportunities within an educational technology company 2512170202551923675
