INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE SETTER / ADJUSTER

Description

Job Summary: The professional will set up and operate injection molding machines, performing adjustments, controlling parameters, and promoting improvements in the component production process, as well as assisting in maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust injection molding machines for component manufacturing 2. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Promote improvements in the production process RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily setup of injection molding machines for component manufacturing according to production orders. * Perform adjustments and fine-tuning during the process * Feed raw materials and compound into the machine for production * Monitor machine parameters to meet production plan demands and fluctuations * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Promote process improvements * Detect mold defects * Count and package materials — separate and mark approved parts * Grind sprues and scrap * Maintain a clean work area * Change molds * Machine set-up REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Prior experience with injection molding machines or relevant experience * Prior knowledge of injection molding and mold operation Salary: To be negotiated.
