Prioritize requests and ensure delivery quality. Act as 2nd and 3rd level for critical incidents and root cause analysis. Participate in technical meetings with clients and propose solutions. Administer Windows and Linux servers. Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper‑V). Monitor and optimize LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers. Automate routines (PowerShell, Bash). Ensure backup, retention, and DRP procedures. Perform on‑site support when required. Propose architecture, security, and performance improvements. Support processes, documentation, and best practices. Bachelor's degree required.
