Participation in training sessions and mentoring of junior staff The professional is responsible for executing the process of analysis, validation, and maintenance of documentation and registration data of healthcare professionals (physicians, dentists, and other categories), supporting the accreditation and network expansion operations. Works with emphasis on document quality, regulatory compliance, and operational support to recruitment teams and regional leaders. Reports to the Network Accreditation Executive. Performs high-complexity document analysis and validation, risk classification, management of complex pending items, preparation of audit materials, coordination with units for regularization, and support for expansion/local projects. May participate in training sessions and mentor junior staff. **Detailed Description** * Analyze and validate required documentation for accreditation (e.g., diplomas, CRM/CRO registrations, titles, specializations, certificates, and qualification verifications). * Register and update professionals’ data in internal systems and the Automated Accreditation System; ensure standardization and integrity of information. * Classify documents according to criteria for clinical risk and internal regulatory standards; flag cases requiring technical review or referral to the specialist team. * Issue and manage document-related pending items, monitor resolution progress, and support units/regional offices in closing processes. * Support document audits, prepare dossiers, and provide evidence for technical audits when requested. * Provide operational support to recruitment teams (Network Accreditation Executive / Field Analysts), including production of checklists, pending-item reports, and SLA tracking controls. * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions on accreditation regulations, compliance, and tool usage (OCR, RPA, management platforms). **Challenges** * Maintain speed and accuracy in document analysis amid network expansion. * Balance repetitive tasks (high-volume documentation) with identifying exceptions requiring technical judgment. * Manage variable process volumes while ensuring quality and audit traceability. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Health Management, Nursing, Dentistry, Biomedicine, Physical Therapy, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Health Management, Quality Management, Clinical Governance, Compliance, or related areas will be considered an advantage. * Knowledge of basic legislation applicable to healthcare professions and accreditation-related regulations, including ANS guidelines where applicable. * Experience with accreditation workflows and institutional compliance policies. * Experience with document management tools and accreditation systems; familiarity with automated solutions (OCR, AI, RPA) is an advantage. * Ability to interpret and validate professional documents such as diplomas, class council registrations (CRM/CRO), specialty titles, and continuing education certificates. * Knowledge of clinical risk classification and application of eligibility criteria for practice at facilities. * Experience preparing pending-item reports, monitoring KPIs, and supporting document audits.
