With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation sector and today expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group—positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage sustainability processes, including EcoVadis, ESG indicators, and performance reports; * Manage environmental licenses, handle audits, and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies; * Coordinate and monitor the Solid Waste Management Plan (PGRS) and other environmental programs; * Technically lead the consolidation and analysis of environmental data (emissions, waste, resource consumption); * Prepare and monitor environmental reports; * Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations; * Propose and monitor action plans aimed at improving environmental performance; * Support external audits, certifications, and ESG assessments; * Develop and update internal sustainability-related policies; * Promote environmental awareness and education initiatives; * Serve as the technical reference for sustainability across all company departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. * Proven experience managing environmental licensing and interfacing with regulatory agencies; * Experience with the **EcoVadis** platform, sustainability indicators, and emission inventory reporting; * Knowledge of decarbonization strategies; * Practical experience coordinating Solid Waste Management Plans and environmental audits; * Up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards (especially ISO 14001). **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Gympass; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance.
