Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, completed or in progress. * Experience in the role, preferably with freight/transporter management. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * ERP system knowledge. * Support vehicle routing for delivery demands, analyzing quality, feasibility, and cost optimization. * Issue and control the issuance of transport documents. * Monitor the freight control system. * Track freight-related debits, entries, and payments to carriers; manage transportation operation costs. * Monitor and control the company’s own vehicle fleet, teams, and third-party service providers involved in product distribution to customers. * Analyze and organize resources for routing to meet delivery route demands. * Support monitoring of completed deliveries, analyzing performance indicators and customer satisfaction. * Conduct surveys and analysis of transportation area indicators, such as service level, incidents, etc. * Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the Logistics area. * Prepare managerial reports with key performance indicators. 2512110202491859097
