With over 50 years of history, Grupo Arantes remains committed to excellence in distribution, innovation, and regional development, consistently guided by values such as responsibility, passion for what it does, and quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support the team in handling internal service requests. * Technical support, system support (Windows and ERP), printers / devices and hardware, smartphones and notebooks. * Additionally, proactively contribute to improving service quality and efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Organized. * Ability to handle a high volume of requests.
