After-sales support, including exchanges and returns Position: E-commerce Assistant – Customer Service We are looking for an **E-commerce Assistant** to join our team and directly support customers and manage order and shipment tracking. This person will play a fundamental role in the customer experience and in organizing shipping and after-sales processes. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service via WhatsApp, email, chat, and sales platforms * End-to-end order tracking * Handling complaints, exchanges, returns, and after-sales support * Obtaining freight quotations from carriers and platforms * Monitoring shipments and resolving delivery issues (delays, lost packages, damages) * Direct communication with carriers to resolve incidents * Updating order statuses and informing customers Desired Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Proficiency with computers, systems, and online platforms * Proactive problem-solving attitude * Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or logistics is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
