This professional will play a strategic role in operational supply, ensuring optimal commercial terms, uninterrupted supply, and compliance with company standards, with a focus on data, KPIs, and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** · Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. · Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related areas. · Proven experience in supplier negotiation. · Procurement and supply chain processes · Commercial negotiation techniques · Supplier management (SEM) · Data and KPI analysis · Advanced Excel and Power BI · SAP experience **Key Responsibilities:** **Procurement and Supply Management** · Receive purchase requisitions and manage the full supply cycle—from prospecting to final delivery. · Conduct quotations, evaluate proposals, and issue purchase orders. · Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and service levels. · Monitor deliveries and proactively address delays or deviations. **Supplier Management** · Manage the active supplier portfolio, monitoring performance, quality, delivery timelines, and risks. · Support supplier and material qualification and evaluation processes in collaboration with the Quality Department. · Maintain updated supplier, material, and commercial condition records in the ERP system. **Analysis, KPIs, and Planning** · Analyze consumption data, historical pricing, lead times, and stock coverage. · Develop, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs. · Support PCM activities and procurement planning. · Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. **Integration and Continuous Improvement** · Resolve discrepancies among purchase orders, invoices, and receipts jointly with Logistics and Accounting. · Participate in standardization initiatives, volume consolidation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes. · Maintain consistent communication with internal departments and suppliers.
