




* Categorizing, quality inspection, quantity verification, and directing butcher products to cold storage chambers; * Checking refrigeration as required (chilled or frozen); * Packaging and labeling cut and ground products for display; * Transporting portioned products and ensuring supply to display counters or (freezers and islands) in self-service areas, restocking cut, packaged, and labeled meats for sale; * Serving customers at the counter, performing deboning, grinding, cutting, and slicing of various types of meat; * Weighing and arranging products on trays according to established standards and/or customer preferences—suggesting consumption options and promotions; * Adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards, maintaining general order and cleanliness in the butcher section, preparation room, equipment, and meat display counters, preventing accidents and proliferation of insects and bacteria.
