




Responsibilities and Duties **Activities:** * Receive goods, sort them by category, inspect quality, verify quantities, and direct meat products to cold storage rooms; * Check refrigeration conditions as required (chilled or frozen); * Sort, package, and label cut and ground products for display; * Transport portioned products and ensure replenishment of display counters or self-service freezers and islands, restocking cut, packaged, and labeled meats for sale; * Provide customer service at the counter, including deboning, grinding, cutting, and slicing various types of meat; weighing and arranging meat on trays according to established standards and/or customer preferences—suggesting consumption options and promotions; * Comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards, maintaining general order and cleanliness throughout the butcher department, preparation room, equipment, and meat display counters to prevent accidents and proliferation of insects and bacteria. Requirements and Qualifications **Minimum educational qualification:** Completed high school. **Age range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Proven experience as a butcher, with knowledge of traditional and specialty meat cuts, meat cleaning, and counter service.
