Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment, hardware/software installation and configuration, and technical support, with emphasis on teamwork and good communication. A culture that celebrates passion for learning IT Technician position based in Ribeirão Preto. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment such as: desktop computers, printers, monitors, notebooks, tablets, mobile devices, and technology resources used in digital classrooms and telehealth rooms. * Install and configure hardware and software; * Prepare technical reports detailing identified issues and implemented solutions. * Complete service requests within established deadlines, escalating to other support areas when necessary. * Record service request opening and closing in the management and tracking tool. * Notify immediate supervisor regarding the need to requisition materials and equipment, assisting in defining required specifications and supporting procurement processes if needed. * Carry out activities either onsite or remotely. * Perform related support tasks whenever required and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education, plus a technical course in Information Technology; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Ability to work effectively in teams, punctuality, and accountability; * Strong communication skills; **Additional Information** * Position located in Ribeirão Preto/SP. * Benefits: Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal Voucher; SESC; Mobile Emergency Unit; Life Insurance; Transportation Voucher.
