




Job Summary: An HR/Administration professional to support hiring and termination procedures, time tracking, benefits management, and document organization, serving as the primary contact for employees. Act as the initial point of contact for employees Company operating in the technical and commercial solutions market, focused on project development and equipment supply for various types of businesses. **Responsibilities:** * Support the entire hiring and termination process, from document collection to scheduling medical examinations. * Assist with electronic time tracking, resolve discrepancies, and support employees with related inquiries. * Maintain our control spreadsheets (vacation, benefits, etc.) up-to-date and accurate. * Support benefits administration, including enrollments, cancellations, and order tracking (transportation allowance, health insurance, etc.). * Organize, archive, and digitize important documents, ensuring information security and easy access. * Assist in preparing documents and information for accounting and payroll closing. * Serve as the initial point of contact for employees, answering questions regarding pay slips, vacation, and other HR-related matters. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, People Management, or related fields; currently enrolled or completed. * Prior administrative experience is desirable.
