Record technical information, maintenance history, and test results in SOs, ensuring traceability and quality standards. Support preparation and verification of material, parts, and supply requisitions required for maintenance activities. Identify mechanical defects, failures, or abnormalities through visual inspections, measurements, functional tests, and data collection. Perform mechanical maintenance on motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, and industrial equipment in general. Carry out assembly, disassembly, adjustments, and mechanical alignments of low-complexity equipment and structures, as per planning and direct supervision. Assemble pumps, verifying flow rate, component integrity (rotor, shaft, stator), and possible operational vibrations and noises. Perform equipment lubrication according to preventive maintenance plans and technical specifications. Conduct motor alignment and preventive checks, monitoring vibrations, noises, heating, and lubrication conditions. Support evaluation of improvements in equipment operation, maintenance, and installation to increase productivity and reduce costs. Perform structural conservation tasks, including painting, technical cleaning, unclogging, and area organization. Identify materials and resources required to perform tasks and request them from immediate leadership. Work in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Participate in mandatory training, onboarding sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and occupational safety awareness initiatives. Support internal inspections, audits, and technical verifications when required. Perform other duties related to the role, as required by operational needs and leadership guidance. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed Technical Education **Fields of Study:** Mechanical Technician Electromechanical Technician Industrial Maintenance Technician Industrial Automation Technician Electrotechnical Technician * ️⃣ Prior experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or maintenance of operational stations/equipment. * ️⃣ Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and equipment manuals. * ️⃣ Familiarity with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance concepts. * ️⃣ Ability to record technical data and organize information in service orders. * ️⃣ Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category **B**.
