Grupo SEB is hiring a **PEDAGOGICAL CONSULTANT** to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive impact on society.** Learn more about the group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct diagnostics of pedagogical training needs, identifying gaps in educational competencies aligned with strategic teaching and learning objectives. * Design and implement pedagogical training programs using principles of andragogy, active learning, and Design Thinking, aimed at developing coordinators, educators, and school teams. * Curate content, methodologies, and national and international learning partnerships that broaden the pedagogical repertoire and ensure engaging and effective training experiences. * Explore and integrate new educational technologies into teacher learning journeys, enhancing innovation and personalization. * Research, select, and manage national and international educational partners, ensuring pedagogical quality and technical and budgetary feasibility of training programs. * Ensure the execution of pedagogical training according to defined schedules, goals, and indicators, maintaining coherence between theory and practice. * Measure the impact of training by managing metrics and pedagogical performance indicators (learning, engagement, practical application) and analyzing data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement. * Develop specific training strategies for each business unit, ensuring alignment between pedagogical practices and the institution’s strategic guidelines. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation among educators and school leaders, strengthening the school's role as a learning community. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Psychology, Education, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or specialization in Educational Management, Teacher Training, Active Methodologies, Educational Innovation, or Instructional Design is desirable. * Experience in educator training, pedagogical coordination, or learning management in school or educational contexts. * Experience in designing and implementing teacher development programs, workshops, or training pathways. * Experience in curating pedagogical content, innovative methodologies, and monitoring training plans. **Additional information** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs; * Work mode: On-site.
