Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating project processes, guiding technical teams, and distributing tasks, while managing companies and regulatory interfaces. Key Highlights: 1. Guide the team on technical requirements and controls, and distribute tasks among all members. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of companies executing projects * Management of the concessionaire's engineering team * Technical interface with the Regulatory Agency **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Specialization in the field is desirable. **EXPERIENCE** Previous experience is desirable * **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; * Proficiency in AutoCAD is desirable; * Knowledge of Brazilian environmental legislation and licensing is desirable. **Skills:** * Results-oriented; * Leadership; * People management; * Innovation and strategic vision; * Collaboration, influence, and ethics **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Sertãozinho/SP * Administrative shift: Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00; Friday 08:00–17:00 Entrevias Rodovias Concessionária S.A. is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the “Rodovias do Centro-Oeste Paulista” highway lot, comprising 570 kilometers of roads crossing the State of São Paulo, connecting Minas Gerais to Paraná.
