Job Summary: This professional will ensure full compliance with applicable legal requirements by implementing SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) Management System tools focused on the environment and developing sustainability initiatives. We are certain that day after day, we build the future we want — and this future is reflected in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to the company’s processes, generating supporting evidence for their implementation. * Support the proper functioning of the SSMA Management System by implementing all operational and management tools comprising it, specifically regarding environmental requirements. * Develop sustainability initiatives at construction sites; * Conduct environmental monitoring on construction sites, including waste, effluents, ambient noise, black smoke measurement, water, and energy consumption. * Ensure delivery of environmental awareness training and capacity-building sessions for employees. * Monthly completion of environmental compliance checklists for MRV projects. * Assist the Environmental Analyst in licensing processes. **What will be your main challenges?** * Teamwork with the SSMA and Production teams; * Ensuring compliance with applicable requirements; * Proactive problem-solving; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering or Technology in Environmental Management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate-to-advanced Excel; Word and PowerPoint; * Teamwork with the SSMA and Production teams; * Daily reporting to SSMA leadership; * Proactivity and fluent communication. **Desired Competencies:** * Experience in the civil construction sector; * Experience with Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001); * Knowledge of current environmental legislation — municipal, state, and federal; * Knowledge of environmental licensing; * Willingness to work on-site in the region. **Additional Information** **What benefits will you receive?** * Market-competitive salary; * **Meals:** Flexible Meal Benefit (VR); * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and dental plan; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Fitness Incentive:** TotalPass; * **Partner Company Discounts:** Allya; * **Work Modality:** 100% On-site; * **Benefits:** As per the collective labor agreement; * **SER Green Blood Benefits:** Beyond our “Green Blood” identity, we offer an exclusive benefits package for our team; * And much more!
