Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Cost Control Analyst to map processes, analyze KPIs, conduct cost and timeline studies, and document policies to enhance outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze KPIs and conduct studies to optimize performance We are looking for a Construction Planning and Cost Control Analyst to strengthen our team! The candidate will be responsible for assisting us in mapping cost processes, analyzing KPIs, conducting construction cost and timeline studies, documenting policies and procedures, and acting as a multiplier of the department’s guidelines. We seek an analytical, collaborative individual with strong communication skills to support the continuous improvement of our processes and outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate integrally with planning, data, and other corporate departments; * Maintain departmental and project KPIs, performing relevant analyses to measure results and improve performance; * Assist in developing documents, forms, and supporting materials for the Planning and Control department; * Conduct case studies related to construction costs and timelines, presenting insights and improvement opportunities based on performed analyses; * Support process mapping, identifying deviations and proposing adjustments that contribute to standardization and delivery efficiency; * Assist in consolidating KPIs and monitoring adherence to defined practices and policies. * Perform other duties related to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP under a hybrid model; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Interest in Construction Planning and Cost Control; * Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, formulas, charts, Power Query, Macros, and VBA); * Ability to organize information and develop documents; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Analytical thinking and proactivity in seeking solutions; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project; * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); * Experience with advanced Excel, data analysis, SQL, etc; **Additional Information** Benefits offered: Medical and Hospital Assistance (optional) Dental Assistance (optional) Meal Voucher or Food Allowance WellHub **And much more!** **The moment to look toward the new—the new way of living, the new way of relating, the new way of life.** We are not afraid to try, to take risks; and if we make mistakes, we do not let them shake us—we learn from them, thus becoming who we are. **We are not limited to cement, glass, and steel!** We are honored to accompany the transformations in the lives of **our customers**, watching them achieve goals, build families, fulfill dreams, and continuously evolve!
