Prior experience required in recruitment and selection (end-to-end process), test administration, onboarding, training, commemorative date activities, supporting job evaluation and compensation programs, assisting managers with performance appraisals, meetings with senior management, basic support to the Personnel Department, and coordination with accounting firms (Knowledge of PDI and LGPD; Microsoft Office suite; HR management systems); Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Preferred: Postgraduate qualification; Availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours (hybrid work model).
