You will learn how to conduct telephone-based customer service, primarily focused on debt negotiation. You will learn how to manage conversations with customers, understand financial situations, and seek amicable agreements with support from leadership and company systems. In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Contacting a customer with an overdue payment installment and identifying the reason for the delay. * Offering conditions to settle the outstanding debt. * Recording information in the system and tracking follow-ups. All of this aimed at developing your communication, argumentation, active listening, and workplace organization skills. You will receive continuous guidance—especially during your first days—from the Training and Operations teams, and your professional growth will be closely monitored through feedback, behavioral assessments, and performance evaluations throughout the internship.
