Employment Type: CLT This professional will be responsible for the operational execution of digital strategies, ensuring the dispatch, monitoring, and control of digital communication campaigns. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. * Proficiency in messaging tools, digital communication platforms, Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI. * Basic data analysis capability. * Campaign organization and control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operationalize WhatsApp, SMS, email, and RCS campaigns. * Monitor the execution of digital collection workflows. * Track customer engagement and response metrics. * Support maintenance of bot flows and automations. * Perform operational adjustments to digital campaigns. * Ensure the proper functioning of platforms. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM.
