Job objective: Monitor and support low-complexity activities related to administrative routines and processes within the Customer Success area, under the guidance of Analysts and management. Activities and responsibilities: * Monitor the progress of low-complexity processes, carrying out activities according to given instructions; * Apply knowledge acquired through the program, taking advantage of opportunities to develop technically and culturally; * Recognize the role of the leader and team in your development process, establishing relationships based on respect, partnership, and collaboration; * Pursue self-development through interpersonal relationships, continuous study, and practical application of acquired knowledge.
