Job Objective: Support the implementation team in operational and administrative routines, contributing to project organization and excellent customer service, while developing practical knowledge in technology and management. Activities and Responsibilities: * Assist in organizing materials and information required to start implementation. * Follow technical team configurations and perform small guided checks. * Fill out spreadsheets and update project tracking documents. * Assist in customer support by noting questions and forwarding them to the responsible area. * Register service tickets and monitor their progress until resolution. * Support the team in preparing training materials (such as presentations and attendance lists). * Help organize schedules and confirm appointments with customers. * Update simple project progress reports. * Support the team in organizing meetings, communications, and internal records. * Assist in organizing folders and files related to implementations.
