Responsibilities: · Perform periodic inspections in buildings, identifying failures and proposing appropriate solutions.· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, civil, and general systems.· Repair electrical systems and perform general maintenance tasks (unclogging, equipment repairs, among others).· Assist external teams with services related to ventilation, refrigeration, alarm systems, and others as needed.· Contribute to the development and execution of continuous improvement schedules.· Ensure proper functioning of systems and structures, always striving for excellence in service quality. Requirements: · Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance.· Completed High School education.· Certification in NR 10, NR 18 and NR 35.· Technical Electrician course will be considered a plus.· Higher education in the field (in progress or completed) is a differentiator.
