**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
We seek a Junior Quality Analyst to perform physicochemical analyses and support the implementation and validation of analytical methods, ensuring result reliability. Responsibilities include equipment and reagent control, laboratory routine management, and contributing to quality indicators, compliance, deviation investigations, and laboratory and process improvements.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform physicochemical analyses on raw materials and finished products;
Support formulation analyses for finished products and semi-finished goods;
Implement, validate, and monitor classical physicochemical methods;
Implement, validate, and monitor instrumental/alternative methods;
Implement and validate NIR analytical calibration curves;
Ensure analytical reliability of both established and newly implemented methods;
Maintain routine updates of laboratory methods/procedures;
Ensure calibration of equipment in use;
Control storage conditions and expiry dates of reagents, with special attention to products regulated by the Federal Police, Civil Police, and Army;
Ensure safety and 5S compliance for assigned activities;
Support Quality and Laboratory Key Performance Indicators;
Procure and maintain laboratory materials and equipment;
Support implementation of NCE routines in the laboratory;
Support Product Compliance Monitoring;
Support and supervise line laboratories;
Support organization of departmental events/campaigns;
Participate in investigations of physicochemical and nutritional deviations in finished products.
**What Will Contribute to Your Success?**
Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Chemistry, Technological Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields;
Availability to work Shift 3 (Sunday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM);
Active CRQ registration;
Proactivity, organization, and communication skills;
Familiarity with SAP, Office, and Power BI is desirable; intermediate English proficiency is desirable; Spanish is a plus;
Laboratory experience is desirable;
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is desirable.
