Job Summary: Responsible for various operational and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, safety guidance, loading and unloading, and training, carried out in accordance with internal procedures. Focus on responsibility, commitment, and teamwork. * Clean equipment, workplace, and operational areas; * Guide drivers on safe behavior and terminal safety rules; * Unload trucks; * Load railcars according to instructions from the scale department to verify railcar weighing; * Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of terminal facilities; * Receive theoretical and practical training in scale department activities; * Receive theoretical and practical training in railcar shunting operations; * Comply with internal safety procedures and life-preserving safety habits; * Substitute for Operations Assistant I during any absence of up to 30 consecutive days, assuming their responsibilities within the team; * Perform duties consistent with the position as requested by the immediate manager, aiming to develop oneself and support various departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Minimum Requirements:** * Elementary education .
