Apply now and become our Next Talent! **About the position:** We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to manage industrial construction contracts, electromechanical installations, and solar energy projects. We seek a professional with technical, commercial, and financial vision, capable of overseeing contracts from sale through field execution—controlling costs, identifying deviations, supporting negotiations, and ensuring positive outcomes. The ideal candidate must possess an integrated view of construction, contracts, and margins. **If you seek growth and want to work on challenging projects, we want to meet you!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Administer industrial construction contracts, electrical, mechanical, automation, and solar energy installations; * Monitor sold scope versus executed scope; * Control deadlines, measurements, invoicing, costs, addenda, claims, and contractual deviations; * Monitor physical and financial progress of contracts; * Use software, spreadsheets, and dashboards for online contract tracking; * Identify cost, schedule, productivity, scope, and resource deviations; * Support management and engineering, planning, procurement, finance, and construction teams in decision-making; * Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding changes, deviations, or contractual rebalancing needs; * Prepare managerial reports with contract performance indicators; * Organize documentary evidence for measurements, addenda, claims, and contractual defenses; * Act preventively to avoid losses and preserve contract margins. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:** * Solid experience administering construction, industrial installation, infrastructure, energy, or similar project contracts; * Senior-level profile with negotiation and decision-making capability; * Knowledge of cost control, measurements, addenda, schedules, and deviation analysis; * Ability to interpret technical and commercial contracts; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with management systems, ERP, Power BI, MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools; * Strong communication skills with clients, management, engineering, and field teams; * Organization, discipline, and strong sense of accountability for results. **In addition, you will stand out if you have:** * Experience in solar projects; * Experience in industrial electromechanical installations; * Knowledge of international contracts; * Intermediate or advanced English; * Intermediate or advanced Spanish; * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Project Management, or related fields. **Additional information** **We offer:** Attractive remuneration; Hiring options: PJ (individual contractor) or CLT (formal employment); Growth opportunities; Overtime: compensated with a 60% premium Monday through Saturday, and 100% on Sundays and holidays; Dental Plan: 100% covered by the company for employees and dependents; Life Insurance. **Important:** Travel availability is required, including staying away from home for periods of **30 to 60 days**, as needed per project requirements. Activities involving cables and installations must occur only under safe conditions, with circuits **de-energized, locked out, tagged, and authorized for work**, per company procedures. **Selection Process Steps:** The selection process includes: Behavioral interview with HR, technical interview, questionnaire, and practical assessment. **Work Location and Schedule:** Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM; Fridays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–4:00 PM.
