You will work for a glass manufacturing company with well-defined processes and team support to learn quickly and grow within the field. * Prepare cargo for loading onto trucks. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods. * Organize the shipping department and maintain a clean work environment. * Verify shipment quantities, identify products, and assist in order picking. * Support the team with daily operational tasks. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. * Collaborate on continuous improvement of shipping operations. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in loading and unloading goods. * Availability for 100% on-site work. * Completed elementary education. * Good physical stamina for operational activities. * Teamwork, organization, and proactivity. * Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing. * Experience working toward productivity targets. * Basic knowledge of goods verification and order picking. * Strong communication skills and results orientation.
