Coffee Machine Restocker (Stocking Associate)

You will ensure our coffee and snack machines are always fully stocked, clean, and functioning properly—delivering an excellent experience to hundreds of customers daily. We focus on quality, reliability, and long-term customer relationships. * Restock products in coffee and convenience (snack) machines. * Check product expiration dates, organization, and presentation. * Perform basic cleaning and machine inspections. * Record consumption data and restocking requirements. * Safely drive the company vehicle to service locations. * Maintain positive relationships with customers at assigned locations. * Follow assigned routes and schedules: Monday through Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in field or operational roles is preferred but not required. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and safe driving ability. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. * Organization, responsibility, and integrity in day-to-day activities. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ease in interpersonal interactions. * Emotional stability and proactivity in resolving unexpected issues during routes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as a restocker, delivery person, or in other field-based roles. * Experience providing customer service on-site. * Basic knowledge of city routes and neighborhoods.
