Company founded in **2008**, located in Ribeirão Preto/SP, operating for over 15 years in the fields of earthmoving, excavation, drainage, and paving. **Job responsibilities:** * Assist masons and construction teams with daily tasks; * Load, unload, and organize construction materials; * Prepare cement, concrete, and mortar mixes; * Support paving, drainage, and excavation activities; * Transport materials using wheelbarrows; * Handle hand tools such as shovels, hoes, pickaxes, and wheelbarrows; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Assist engineers and supervisors as directed; * Follow safety regulations and properly use provided PPE. **Requirements:** * Experience in heavy manual labor (excavation, land clearing, shovel/hoe use, etc.); * Minimum of 6 months’ experience preferred as a construction helper, mason’s helper, mason, land-clearing helper, or similar roles; * Good physical fitness. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime paid on Saturdays.
