An accounting firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Ribeirão Preto. CDM Contabilidade provides accounting and financial consulting services. The company stands out for its expertise in accounting management for small and medium-sized enterprises. **Responsibilities:** Perform full payroll closing, including accruals, vacation calculations, hiring, and terminations. Submit and verify eSocial, DCTFWeb, REINF, and other ancillary obligations. Support the issuance of payment slips (FGTS, DARF, union dues) and preparation of payroll reports. Conduct event audits, verify payroll calculations, and monitor collective bargaining agreements. Manage leaves of absence, medical certificates, official notifications, and work-related documentation. Provide support on labor-related matters and client meetings.
