Job Summary: Professional to coordinate accounting analyses and reconciliations of taxes, ensuring accurate tax calculation and compliance with tax obligations across various regimes. Experience with Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional regimes A franchise holding company seeks a Tax Coordinator in Dumont. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and reconcile accounting entries for taxes payable and recoverable, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records. Monitor and reconcile tax installment plans, ensuring proper accounting treatment. Ensure correct calculation of taxes—including ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, and Simples Nacional—within legal deadlines. Work with companies under the Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional regimes. Ensure timely filing of declarations and compliance with ancillary obligations, such as DEFIS, DCTF, DIRF, ECD, ECF, and SPEDs. Generate municipal and federal tax installment plans when necessary. Monitor federal, state, and municipal legislation, advising internal departments on fiscal impacts of operations. Actively participate in the monthly closing process. Prepare management reports, tax indicators, and monitoring of tax risks and opportunities. Previous experience as Tax Supervisor, Accounting Manager, Senior Tax Analyst, or Fiscal Compliance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
