Preparation of management reports and monitoring of tax risks Franchise holding company seeks a Tax Coordinator professional in Jardinópolis. **Responsibilities:** Monitor analyses and reconciliations of accounting records for taxes payable and recoverable, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records. Monitor and reconcile tax installment plans, ensuring correct accounting treatment. Ensure accurate calculation of taxes—including ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, and Simples Nacional—within legal deadlines. Work with companies operating under Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional regimes. Ensure compliance with tax declarations and ancillary obligations—including DEFIS, DCTF, DIRF, ECD, ECF, and SPEDs. Generate municipal and federal tax installment plans when necessary. Monitor federal, state, and municipal tax legislation, providing guidance to internal departments regarding fiscal impacts on operations. Actively participate in the monthly closing process. Prepare management reports, tax indicators, and monitoring of tax risks and opportunities. Previous experience as Tax Supervisor, Accounting Manager, Senior Tax Analyst, or Tax Compliance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
