




Job Summary: The Field Technical Analyst – Waters will be responsible for technical support in the water treatment area, working on-site to operate, maintain, and optimize water treatment systems. Development of diagnostics and action plans for water quality **Description:** The Field Technical Analyst \- Waters will be responsible for technical support in the water treatment area, working directly on-site with a focus on operation, maintenance, and optimization of systems. The professional will play a strategic role in technical analysis, development of diagnostics, and formulation of action plans to improve water quality, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Work on-site at water treatment systems (WTPs, WWTPs, reverse osmosis, desalination, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, among others); * Assemble, operate, and maintain chemical dosing systems (metering pumps, skids, chlorinators, and automatic systems); * Operate and interpret measurements of pH, conductivity, chlorine, and other control parameters; * Conduct field laboratory analyses (silica, hardness, chlorides, spectrophotometry, calibration curves, among others); * Perform bench-scale tests, such as Jar Test; * Perform dosage calculations and application of chemicals for water treatment; * Collect technical data on-site and prepare detailed technical reports; * Develop technical proposals and action plans for customers; * Lead technical meetings to present diagnostics and solutions; * Manage product inventory and maintain interface with customer warehouse and procurement departments; * Use tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment; * Solid knowledge of chemical dosing systems and chemical product application; * Knowledge of laboratory analyses and water quality control; * Willingness to undertake extended travel, including on-site stays exceeding one week; * Residency in the Ribeirão Preto, Araraquara, Bauru, or São José do Rio Preto regions; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
