Clear and proactive communication with the logistics team **Job Description:** Transport special cargo — such as whiteboards and cabinets — on local and long-distance routes, ensuring safe, timely, and undamaged delivery, with responsibility for the vehicle, cargo, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: Drive trucks on short-, medium-, and long-distance routes for delivery and pickup of whiteboards, cabinets, and related materials Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper packaging and protection of transported items Verify cargo documentation (invoices, waybills, delivery receipts) before and after each trip Perform daily vehicle inspections (oil level, tires, brakes, lighting, vehicle documentation) before starting each trip Strictly comply with traffic legislation, driving time limits, and rest requirements as stipulated by CONTRAN and ANTT regulations Record incidents, damages, or delays and immediately report them to the supervisor Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition Plan routes in advance, considering traffic conditions, cargo weight, and circulation restrictions Stay overnight during long-distance trips, maintaining organization and safety throughout transit Support warehouse and loading area organization when required. Mandatory Requirements: Valid driver’s license category **C, D, or E** (as applicable to the vehicle used) **Cargo Handling Course** or **MOPP Certification** (preferred) Minimum **2 years** of experience as a truck driver Familiarity with interstate routes and map reading / GPS usage Availability for **long-distance travel and overnight stays** Competencies and Skills: Responsibility and commitment to deadlines Attention to detail when handling fragile cargo (whiteboards, glass, furniture) Clear and proactive communication with the logistics team Basic knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance Good road behavior and clean driving record; Additional Information: Variable work schedule based on routing and demand Frequent long-distance travel (including other states) Per diems, meals, and accommodation provided during trips (per internal policy) Use of PPE when applicable (gloves, safety footwear) **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Ribeirão Preto, SP, BR Full-time CLT On-site
