Eduardo Andréia Matarazzo, 3309, Ribeirão Preto \- SP 14060810 **Company:** REI DO FITNESS LTDA **Job Posting Summary** **Compensation:** R$ 2\.200,00 per month **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our sales team in **Customer Support**, focusing on sales conversion through our social media channels (WhatsApp and Instagram). **Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative and humanized customer support via WhatsApp Business (Multi360), Instagram (Direct Messages and Comments), and Facebook; * Guide the customer journey: initial contact, needs identification, quotation delivery, negotiation, sale closure, and after-sales; * Maintain organized conversations to handle high message volumes, ensuring no customer remains unanswered; * Promptly and courteously address customer inquiries about our products; * Assist with commercial routines and spreadsheet/system organization. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Organized, agile, and focused profile; * Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to express oneself clearly and effectively with customers); * Proficiency in computer applications and Google Sheets (will be assessed). **Preferred Qualifications (non-eliminatory):** * Prior experience in customer support or online sales (WhatsApp/social media); * Familiarity with the Bling ERP system; * Basic knowledge of negotiation and sales closing techniques. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2\.200,00 per month; * Transportation allowance; * Initial training and team support. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break); * Ribeirão Preto – SP (100% in-person).
