Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring construction projects and works, ensuring deadlines, costs, and contractual compliance, as well as optimizing investment management. Guarantee of quality in engineering deliverables and compliance Responsible for updating detailed construction planning, controlling and monitoring physical and financial execution, generating required weekly and monthly reports for contract monitoring, as well as tracking progress of project and procurement activities related to the planning area, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines, budgets, and scope. Additionally, responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual requirements established in each contract, ensuring the company fulfills its obligations and avoiding potential claims. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Updating the third-party contract scheduling control tool; * Developing and improving automated reports to provide a more comprehensive view of investment management; * Leading and properly documenting operational meetings for contracts under responsibility; * Preparing presentations for operational, tactical, and executive levels, conveying concepts visually, didactically, and concisely; * Ensuring quality of engineering deliverables by promoting standardization and reliability of information provided by third parties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Project Management (PMI) knowledge preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Project; experience in infrastructure construction planning desirable; familiarity with job procedures * Required knowledge of construction planning and monitoring * Experience in highway construction projects preferred **SKILLS** * Results-oriented * Ownership mindset * Commitment * Process-oriented thinking and decision-making ability * Collaboration, influence, and ethics **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Sertãozinho/SP * Administrative shift **BENEFITS** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Meal voucher or food allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) Entrevias Concessionária de Rodovias S.A. is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the “Rodovias do Centro-Oeste Paulista” highway lot, comprising 570 kilometers of roads crossing the State of São Paulo, connecting Minas Gerais to Paraná.
