Relationship Analyst Position Description: Responsible for leading onboarding and maintaining continuous client relationships, ensuring a positive experience, clear cross-departmental communication, tracking of success metrics, and consultative engagement for client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Assist new clients during the onboarding process and integration into accounting services. * Explain processes, deadlines, documentation, and guide the use of accounting tools and systems. * Serve as a liaison between the customer support team and operational teams. * Maintain ongoing client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations. * Monitor customer experience, anticipating risks and potential difficulties. * Act in a consultative capacity, proposing improvements to financial and accounting processes. * Track success metrics such as retention rate, NPS, response time, and contract renewals. * Identify patterns of dissatisfaction and suggest service and support improvements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into accessible language. * Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. * Basic technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor legislation (preferred). * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Experience with customer support systems (Octadesk, Zendesk, or similar). Accounting system knowledge is preferred. * Results-oriented profile with emotional intelligence, assertive communication, planning ability, and critical thinking. * Focus on results and achievement of established goals. * Emotional intelligence to interact effectively with diverse client profiles and challenging situations. * Assertive, clear, and respectful communication. * Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks. * Critical thinking for scenario analysis and effective decision-making.
