Job Summary: This professional will oversee the store's daily operations, focusing on customer service, team management and organization, with an emphasis on goal achievement and continuous improvement. Focus on goals, results, and continuous improvement Oversee daily store operations to ensure excellent service for customers and colleagues; \- Assign tasks and responsibilities among team members, clearly define their duties, monitor performance, and provide positive/constructive feedback as needed; \- Monitor inventory replenishment, cleaning, organization, stock control, stockouts, and merchandise orders; \- Follow company procedures and processes for each department on a daily basis; \- Perform other related duties as required or requested by the immediate supervisor; \- Conduct performance management by monitoring and supporting employees and delivering structured feedback; \- Goal-oriented and results-driven professional, actively engaged on the store floor and participative with the team; \- Candidates are expected to have experience in sanitary surveillance procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement; \- Solid experience in family-owned business management models is a plus.
