Leadership profile and people management Store Coordinator **Ribeirão Preto/SP – City Neighborhood** We are hiring a **Store Coordinator** to work in a bakery chain, responsible for team management and monitoring unit operations, ensuring service quality and smooth store functioning. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate customer service and operations teams; * Monitor employee performance, providing guidance, training, and feedback; * Develop and organize work schedules; * Ensure high-quality customer service; * Monitor store organization, product display, pricing, and merchandise expiry dates; * Identify opportunities for process and operational improvement; * Support the team in achieving unit goals and results; * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Coordinator, Team Leader, or Store Manager; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in customer service; * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Courses in leadership, people management, or related areas. Available Shifts: * 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM * 12:00 PM – 8:20 PM Schedule: * Monday through Sunday; * One fixed weekday off; * One Sunday off per month.
