We seek an Innovation and Process Analyst to act as the liaison between business areas and the technology team, contributing to the evolution of internal processes and adoption of technological solutions. This professional will be responsible for analyzing operational workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting innovation and digital transformation initiatives, and promoting user training to enhance utilization of available technological resources.
