It provides services such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and cybersecurity products (firewalls, antivirus software, etc.). **Primary Role Mission:** Be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of the IT infrastructure of clients served by the consulting practice. **Responsibilities:** Identify demands / needs within the environment and propose solutions; Create and maintain up-to-date technical procedures and knowledge base; Install, configure, and support information security solutions, antivirus software, backup systems, virtualization platforms, etc.; Maintain servers and data centers in accordance with resource policies; Develop and update operational procedure documentation; Collaborate with stakeholders from related areas to identify appropriate solutions; Uphold the company’s image in its market of operation; Research new technical solutions; Interact with clients at all hierarchical levels; And other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Relevant experience in the role, with solid expertise in IT Infrastructure and Information Security: Fortigate (policies, NAT, IPsec/Site-to-site VPN, SSL VPN, security profiles, troubleshooting using logs, etc.), operating systems, virtualization, Azure and Microsoft 365, Antivirus / EDR, monitoring, among others. Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks or related fields. Fortinet certifications and experience in IT consulting are desirable.
