At our core, we foster a human-centered environment: passionate people driven by the purpose of improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** Control purchase requests in the E-Marketplace and issue purchase orders in SAP for all technical materials and services; Conduct continuous follow-up on ongoing procurement processes and escalate approval requirements across various levels, as needed, to ensure process agility. Maintain constant communication with the corporate procurement team to ensure process accuracy and avoid rework, as well as with suppliers and service providers. Execute full maintenance planning and service orders (PCM). Monitor and ensure adherence to preventive, critical, and planned maintenance schedules, as well as reporting and achievement of KPIs. Participate in Maintenance Pillar activities and daily local committee meetings. Extract and update Sustainability KPIs. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Intermediate English/Spanish is desirable; Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and E-Marketplace (ME) procurement practices is desirable; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
