**Responsibilities and Duties**
Serve customers across Top Regional, Regional, Wholesale, and Cash & Carry channels, either within regional bases or exclusively within the Top Regional channel;
Execute the annual sales plan aligned with the Company’s business plan through promotional calendars, trade funds, and marketing initiatives, consistently implementing agreed-upon mutual commitments;
Monitor margins per customer and product to ensure customer and company profitability;
Negotiate supply contracts, evaluating their profitability and ensuring fulfillment of corresponding obligations;
Manage sales, initiatives, and mutual commitments under a business plan format;
Control promotional funds and investments dedicated to your customer portfolio;
Visit all customers in your portfolio according to route planning (day/sequence);
Execute in-store activities at points of sale (POS) in accordance with the planogram and execution manual, continuously proposing improvements;
Guide the merchandising team in implementing the execution manual within Key Accounts and Top Regionals;
Plan POS visits to ensure achievement of product-category targets;
Monitor customer inventory turnover;
Perform after-sales follow-up, tracking the order cycle until actual delivery to the customer;
Manage sales, initiatives, and mutual commitments under a business plan format;
Prepare reports and presentations to highlight strengths and improvement areas;
Monitor competitor activities and consistently propose action plans;
Inspect, remove, and segregate damaged or expired products;
Collect pricing data via the price collection app.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Requirements: Ability to serve regional major accounts and/or Key Accounts;
* Knowledge of one or more distribution channels — retail, wholesale, and distributor;
* Knowledge of sales and merchandising routines is essential;
* Knowledge of sales techniques is essential;
* Valid driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle are essential;
* Ability to identify and define problems, act promptly, and propose solutions to resolve them is essential;
* Completed bachelor’s degree is essential.
