Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Strategic Management; * Experience with financial automation platforms such as QuickBooks, Nibo, Sankhya, SAP FI, TOTVS, etc.; * Knowledge of digital treasury tools (CashForce, Treasy, Flow Finance, etc.); * Familiarity with dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio; * Proactive, analytical profile with strategic vision and ability to lead change. * Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; * Implement innovative digital solutions (automation, BI, RPA, AI, intelligent dashboards, etc.), promoting integration between technology and processes; * Act as a business partner to business and operations units; * Develop predictive models and KPIs to support decision-making, anticipating liquidity scenarios and financial risks; * Support senior leadership with strategic analyses, management reports, and forecasts; * Ensure cash flow management, treasury operations, collections, and accounts payable/receivable in compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards; * Secure credit lines from financial institutions and explore alternatives to reduce banking expenses; * Provide support to business units to enhance their financial health; * Implement API-based integrations among ERPs, banks, and PIX payment platforms; * Openness to new fintech solutions and decentralized payment and collection models. 2512080202191852903
