Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for managing and controlling the flow of materials, equipment, and tools at construction sites, ensuring organization and traceability.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Professional **Job Description and Responsibilities:**
* Receive, inspect, sort, and store construction materials according to TARRAF standards;
* Monitor inventory levels of productive and non-productive materials, requesting, when necessary, engineering to issue requisitions for stock replenishment to meet project demands;
* Control the supply and maintenance of equipment and tools provided to direct and third-party employees;
* Manage inventories and issue reports on material, equipment, and/or tool receipts and withdrawals;
* Perform daily scheduling and control of material deliveries;
* Issue consumption reports for materials or equipment specified in partner companies’ contracts but supplied by TARRAF, for deduction from their progress payments;
* Maintain contact with suppliers to confirm single delivery dates or schedule partial deliveries, preventing delays in requested materials;
* Participate in construction phase planning to organize storage areas for materials, equipment, and tools;
* Schedule dumpsters and manage waste disposal according to selective waste classification;
* Conduct quotations for emergency material purchases when requested and approved by the GO – Site Manager;
* Schedule deliveries and returns of shoring systems and rented equipment per GO instructions;
* Maintain and ensure site organization regarding materials stored in open areas, under GO guidance and in accordance with the PGC – Construction Management Program;
* Provide administrative support at the site when requested;
* Manage and complete the material traceability spreadsheet;
* Support the generation process of purchase orders in collaboration with the Procurement Department using the MEGA system;
* Release materials to work fronts via internal requisition;
* Be fully responsible for warehouse documentation management, including receiving invoices, Material Inspection Forms, material quality certificates, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS);
* Complete the CQM (Material Technical Control) upon material receipt at the site;
* Sort and identify expired materials to prevent their use;
* Manage fixed assets materials on site;
