**Job Description:** Assist in planning, supervision and monitoring of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs and technical standards. Support the execution of simple construction, maintenance and repair projects for buildings and sanitation systems. Interpret designs, blueprints, sketches and technical specifications. Assist in topographic and altimetric surveys, learning techniques to support projects and property, block and network registration. Control schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment and labor on construction sites. Monitor and record the execution of outsourced and in-house services. Prepare basic descriptive reports under the guidance of more experienced professionals. Conduct technical inspections, field audits and on-site assessments. Issue technical reports and photographic records of activities. Support the preparation of budgets, descriptive memorandums and other technical documents. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. Operate vehicles and machinery as needed, with prior authorization and instruction. Use technical tools and software for support **Requirements:** Secondary-level technical education in building construction. Registration with the professional council.
